Here at Sam’s Secrets we embrace what nature has provided us!

As a yoga teacher and massage therapist, the concept was inspired by my own passion for natural beauty and a strong belief in the powers of holistic therapies, nutrition and relaxation. These are the ‘secrets’ that were used by our grandmothers to promote wellbeing and maintain a youthful appearance, the way that nature intended. Unfortunately, so much of their potential has been forgotten in the modern world, as more people turn to expensive creams or invasive techniques to remedy hectic lifestyles and achieve an impossible ideal.

As well as truly understanding how effective the holistic approach can be, I also love how luxurious fabrics like silk feel against the skin, the way they calm the senses and soothe the spirit. I always wear an eye mask to bed and that’s where my product range started from.
