Founded by Jay Gould and his brother Hal, partnered together to create New York Fries, a privately owned Canadian franchise. The brothers’ recipe starts with fresh russet Burbank potatoes that are hand-cut throughout the day and cooked with their skins on in a non-hydrogenated, trans fat-free sunflower oil.
The typical NWF menu comprises their classic fries, poutine, braised beef poutine, butter chicken poutine, The Works, veggie works and hot dogs.
