Since opening the first brick-and-mortar Mighty Quinn’s Barbeque in Manhattan’s East Village in 2012, co-founders Hugh Mangum, Christos Gourmos, and Micha Magid rapidly expanded their distinct fast casual barbeque brand throughout the region and beyond. All-natural, slow-smoked meats and poultry - sourced locally - join homestyle side dishes, house-pickled accoutrements, all provided in a service-oriented, rustic-yet-refined environment.

Taking its name from Mangum’s eldest son and an old family recipe for Texas table sauce, Mighty Quinn’s provides the same time-honoured smoking techniques, thoughtful service and comforting atmosphere at each neighborhood outpost, guided by the barbeque prowess of Pit Master Mangum.

Now with locations throughout the New York metropolitan area, Asia, and the Middle East, this growing chain of modern, comfortable, fast-casual barbeque restaurants provides an authentic dining experience that defines New York-style barbeque.
