The real estate branch of Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), Burooj Properties, and the developer behind multiple realty projects in the Middle East and UAE, held its annual strategic planning workshop, focusing on the previous achievements and future plans in wake of the current market conditions.
The workshop was attended by several members including Burooj Board of Directors, Chairman Khamis Buharoon and Deputy Chairman Khaled Khouri and Managing Director Adel Ahmed Al Zarouni.
The participants of the workshop agreed on an executive business plan for 2010, which will translate Burooj’s strategic approach into action and will enable the developer to carry out its proposed expansion plans.
The workshop also focused on target client segment with best property options.
After evaluation of the market reality and potential of the market, the company agreed to continue development works in Abu Dhabi realty market and target the middle income sector through a series of residential projects that cater to the requirements of the growing market segment, Al Zarouni concluded.
