Damac Properties has entered into a deal with 60 agents in India across all metros and tier-one Cities to market and sell their regional properties to Indian investors.
The Damac Holding, Founder and Chairman, Hussain Sajwani, said -With the high demand, we wanted to touch every corner of India through an experienced network of agents. We will continuously provide our agents with all necessary information and training to sell our properties. We have an agent’s relationship department, which would offer all necessary support to the company’s agents.
A project initiated by Damac, ‘The Damac Agents Academy’, is offering sales training for its agents. The Academy offers agent partners with an opportunity to hone their selling skills to international standards.
The main purpose of training, which Damac provides its agents, is to equip agents with product knowledge. Damac brand has its value, luxury property selling skills, sales process, and setting a service benchmark in the realty market, says Damac CEO, Peter Riddoch.
Damac Properties plans to market its ‘Ocean Heights’ projects the 82-storey award-winning marvel in Dubai Marina, ‘Lotus Heights’ located in the bustling Business Bay, ‘Park Towers’ at Dubai International Finance Center, and several other high-end luxury living options through its agents.
