The Indian-based real estate development company, the Sobha Group, which has already launched several projects in Dubai, has announced the launch of its third commercial development, Sobha Sapphire, at the prestigious Business Bay in Dubai.
 The 19 storey development, with 18000 square feet of space allotted for retail, allocated only to the ground floor, while the 900 square feet of office space will be spread across from 4th to 19th floors, with a total of 165 units, ranging in size from 900 square feet to 2000 square feet.
Sobha Sapphire offers vast parking space for 650 cars, round the clock security, including state-of-the-art CCTV systems, high-speed internet connectivity, smart card access control, and comprehensive building maintenance services for a one year period, after the building has been handed over to the owners.
The Vice Chairman of the Sobha Group, Ajay Rajendran says Sobha Sapphire offers the latest in innovative work space, while, it's landscaped surrounding and retail spaces will provide a perfect break from work for professionals in Business Bay.
