One of the leading real estate developers in Abu Dhabi, Sorouh Real Estate PJSC has awarded the main infrastructure contract for Alghadeer project, as its development enters into the next phase, heading towards scheduled completion by 2012.
Located amidst Dubai and Abu Dhabi, Alghadheer is a mixed-use community, forming a part of SeihSdeirah, the largest development with investment zone statues in the UAE.
The contract has been awarded to Nael & Bin HArmal Hydroexport Est. (NBHH), which has already begun work on the site. NBHH is one of the most successful and reputed contractors in the UAE, for the past 15 years. Today, NBHH is the partner of choice for several developers, due to its commitment towards timely completion of projects on budget, with good quality of work.
At present, the work will begin on approximately 10kms of roads and all relevant utility networks, such as water, irrigation, power, surface water drainage, telecommunications, gas and street lighting. The total infrastructure contract is worth about Dh.215mn.
The infrastructure contract follows completion of enabling works. Nine mock-up villas have been completd to test sustainable building techniques.
