Located on the shores of Dubai’s artificial island, ‘The Heart of Europe’, is the ‘Floating Seahorse luxury villas’. The three storey homes, selling for an incredible $2.7mn, offers all that you may possibly wish for.
Each villa spans 1700 sq. ft. of floor area, with upper level housing a Jacuzzi, a shower, a semi-private kitchenette, a mini-bar, while the middle level showcases spacious living area with a kitchen and dining area. The lowest level which is positioned under water, houses master- bedroom and a bathroom.
Each level has floor-to-ceiling windows, and is like having your own aquarium, wherein you can relax and view sea turtles drifting around, while you take a casual hot bath.
Getting into privately owned islands is an experience by itself, and the only access is via helicopter, luxury yacht or seaplane.
The series of luxury floating villas, called ‘the floating seahorse’ comprises total of 42 homes. The name of the project draws inspiration by the protection of marine life in the Persian Gulf.
The company, in its press release said that an artificial coral reef will be created beneath luxury retreats, which will be a protected area, in which seahorses can live safely and breed. The artificial coral garden is still under construction, and it is hard to say yet, if it would be a safe habitat for sea animals.
All of the 42 villas are due to be completed by end of 2016, and have been already sold to investors, the Kleindienst Group said.
