Dubai property service charges waived off this year

The property owners in Dubai can look forward to paying lower service charges this year, as RERA confirms this move to reduce cost burden on home owners.

Lower service charges on properties is one of the initiatives rolled out by the Dubai Land Department in alliance with Owner Association Management Companies.

Moreover, all fines accumulated by property owners for not paying service charges in 2019 and this year has been waived, and owners can also pay off their service charges through instalments.

The RERA CEO, Marwan bin Ghalita said “in these exceptional global circumstances, everyone is expected to show solidarity and cooperation to meet the call of our wise leadership to combat the global epidemic.”
