Job Description Siebel CRM Consultant Exp Level: Min 4 Years Role: Analyze and design business scenarios for Siebel Call Centre, Opportunities, Marketing and Service Management, e-communications modules. Design a solution for Siebel CRM Call Centre that manage the inbound and outbound calls and map them to the CRM application. Use CRP approach for tracking and documenting To write Siebel Functional Design documents. System Analysis, Translate Functional Specifications for the technical team Contract Duration: Minimum 12 months extendable
