Job Description

With professional experience in Leadership Development and Succession Planning, the successful candidate for this role will join the company in order to: Be part of a team that is building strong working relationships with the company leaders to develop the company Talent Pipeline. Assessing potential and leadership competence, mapping out career paths to enable future leaders to gain the depth of experience and training needed to advance into leadership positions. Implementing a clear programme focused on harnessing talent and building the companies leaders of the future and ensures the company has a healthy supply of developing leaders to cover future needs, through the implementation of a robust succession planning process

Candidate Profile

HR Experience and preferably should have worked as a lead.
