Assessing potential and leadership competence, mapping out career paths to enable future leaders to gain the depth of experience and training needed to advance into leadership positions. Implementing a clear programme focused on harnessing talent and building the companies leaders of the future and ensures the company has a healthy supply of developing leaders to cover future needs, through the implementation of a robust succession planning process
Candidate Profile HR Experience and preferably should have worked as a lead.
