Job Description • Responsible for defining and managing the communication strategies , including planning and execution, public affairs, media relations, community relations, crisis communications, executive communications, employee communications, and agency management • Works closely with the CEO to ensure corporate communication strategy is aligned with overall business strategy • Develops & executes both the internal and external communications strategy as it relates to organization change, productivity initiatives, incidents with major external coverage, etc. • Manages external communications as it relates to press releases, organization changes and executive speaking engagements • Develops internal personnel announcements, executive leadership meeting coordination as well as board of director activities. • Interpret and clearly articulate Corporate messaging to gain understanding of company direction and plans for multiple employee levels • Works with appropriate outside agencies
Candidate Profile Job Requirements Required Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: • 15+ years progressive global experience leading a team for all corporate internal and external Communications. • Previous experience with publicly traded manufacturing or industrial organizations • Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization • Record of producing results in a changing environment while balancing expectations of various internal and global customers • Strong leadership capability, strategic and independent thinking abilities • Responsive, customer driven • Significant interaction & experience with the ability to influence and consult on communication strategies and successfully execute. Personal Qualification : UAE National
