Job Description Organizes and supervises all of the franchise activities that includes initial franchisee contact, location research, franchise sales, franchise relationship management, franchise opening team participation, branch evaluations, and franchise build-out. A franchise manager may be expected to carry out a range of administrative and IT-related tasks. He or she is ultimately responsible for ensuring that the franchise business runs profitability and efficiently. • Respond to franchise inquiries • Create franchise expansion marketing plan • Lead franchise sales visits • Prepare any franchise sales-related information • Be primary contact for franchise sales process • Lead research initiatives under guidance of Board of Directors • Prepare country, city, and location research as requested by Board of Directors • Assist in area market studies as necessary • Conduct branch evaluations on a monthly basis or as requested by Board of Directors • Participate in opening team as a train
Candidate Profile • Team player, leadership, assertive, strong interpersonal and communication skills, detail oriented, cleanliness and service oriented, flexible, patient, dependable, and honest • Strong sales ability • Excellent research skills • Commitment to facilitate an enjoyable work environment • Carries professionalism into all aspects of responsibility • Demonstrated ability to organize, set and implement priorities, manage multiple tasks, and evaluate performance • Minimum five years work experience in similar environment • Strong computer (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and writing skills • Strong interpersonal and professional skills • Arabic and English speaking preferred
