Our client a Multinational company based in Dubai is looking for a Receptionist / Secretary for their Office.
Job Description
Responsibility: Handle all incoming and outgoing telephone calls in a professional manner Couriers, faxes and emails to be coordinated - distributed to designated departments Travel and hotel arrangements to be made for Management and employees within the company Self-correspondence as in typing letters or emails if necessary. Personality: Looking for a young smart and energetic individual Well presented as the individual will be the front face of the company Excellent communication skills – English Ability to work under pressure A good team player Leadership skills – to manage the Jr. office staff of the company such as drivers and suppliers
