| Job Description |
Responsibility of Customer Order Management including but not limited to processing orders, responding to inquiries and complaints; timely acknowledgement covering items ordered; and supporting customers through specialized company product knowledge. Will plan and execute customer orders on time in full. Will liaise with the 3PL party logistics company to achieve timely execution of warehousing function. Will have to oversee shipment of goods and carry out complete documentation to ensure on time delivery.
Provide effective delivery of service to all levels of internal and external customers and will serve as the primary liaison for sales, supply chain/logistic and marketing staff for successful implementation of customer service.

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce
Have at least 3 to 5 years progressive experience in Customer Operations, including orders and shipment
Highly developed interpersonal skills
The ability to work in tight deadlines
Good problem solving skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
