Job Description *Conduct routine and specific legal and factual information research and data compilation, as directed by Company Lawyers. *Coordinate the gathering of information from various departments in the preparation of contracts and other legal documents. *Review certain contracts and other legal documents to ensure necessary provisions are contained therein. *Provide follow up to assignments & status reports to the Counsel. *Prepare reports, correspondence and memoranda of law and other documents. *Respond to letters and general correspondence of a routine nature on behalf of company lawyers. *Perform general office duties such as maintaining records management systems. *Perform basic bookkeeping work. *Undertake continuing education, and remain abreast of current legal issues and trends, as required to maintain appropriate national accreditation within the field.
