Job Description Executive Assistant to the CEO - Logistic support for Board meetings - Administrative support to the Finance Manager and Accountant - May be involved in Internal Control functions of the Finance Department - Handle external correspondence
Candidate Profile Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Presentable - Organized - Good secretarial skills - Able to handle pressure - Able to work with a multicultural environment - Good awareness of Ethics and Safety - Exposure to Accounting will be a plus, but not necessary. Compensation offered will be better than the general market, and comparable to other multinational companies. Money will definitely not be a constraint for the right candidate. However, you are encouraged to indicate your current salary and expectation when you apply.
