MonsterGulf launches Return2Home recruitment initiative for expat nationals


An online career and recruitment solutions provider in the Gulf, MonsterGulf, on Sunday, announced the launch of its initiative Return2Home targeting non-resident nationals residing abroad, who are seeking to return to their home countries.


The new initiative is aimed at reaching out to the nationals living abroad, who wish to explore opportunities in their home countries. The initiative also supports the ongoing commitment by UAE government to offer skilled employment opportunities for locals, which form a part o f diversified knowledge-based economy.


A similar initiative is also launched by Monster.com in India, Philippines, Malaysia and Saudi Arabia, in response to economic situations impacting the multicultural global workforce today.


Monster.com will target and connect with Emirati jobseekers from Canada, US, UK, South East Asia and India, and will connect them with opportunities that exist for them in their own country.


The initiative will also target corporate employers seeking to hire locals from across the globe, enabling them to get the right talent with relevant global experience.
