Job Description Key Function Fully responsible for the Human Resources function in KSA, Bahrain and Jordan. Overall duties include: Day to day management, Generalist responsibilities, Recruitment, and Employee Relations. Partner with other departments. Work with the Regional Human Resources Manager, the HR Team, the Regional Sales Director and other departments to support the organisation in achieving its overall business objectives.
Candidate Profile Person Profile •Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role preferably gained in a multinational organisation. •Previous experience of KSA labour law, visa procedures and regulations. •A good understanding of HR best practices. •Excellent English and Arabic language verbal and writing skills •Interest in cultures, cultural differences •Empathy for others •Strong listening skills Education •Educated to degree level. Specialization in Human Resource Management or on-the-job experience. Skills and Attributes •Pragmatic - common sense, business minded approach •Attention to detail - strong organizational and follow up skills •Analytical – ability to analyze facts and data to come up with best approach/suggested solution •Resourceful – think creatively to resolve issues •Strong consultative skills – ability to question others to gather more information, ability to influence decisions/provide suggestions through consultative approach.
