Organized by IIR Middle East, Tawdheef is one of the leading recruitment exhibitions in the region that focuses on Employment, Emiratisation and career development in Abu Dhabi, and its related training.
The event involves government and semi-government departments and major companies in the education, construction, banking, recruitment, trading, and other sectors, involved in development of UAE.
The Tawdheef 2011 focused on Emiratisation, with the first two days of the exhibition dedicated to Emiratis. Nearly 71 of the participant companies said that they had more than 2500 vacancies open for UAE nationals, ranging from administrative roles to roles in technical fields.
The Tawdheef 2011 saw participation of atleast 28,000 visitors during the three day event, out of which, 52% were nationals and 48% were expatriates. Among them, 77% of the visitors were young talented professionals in various fields.
Tawdheef is now into its sixth edition, and 28% increased visitor numbers are expected this year. Among the target audience expected this year are qualified emirati professionals, mid-senior level executives, other qualified executives and Ministry and Public Sector personnel.
