If you’re missing annual Burns night celebrations back home, or you’re just looking for an excuse to tuck in to some hearty Scottish food, you’re in the right place.
The British Business Group Dubai & Northern Emirates will be hosting a Great British Burns Night celebration in the garden of the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah Hotel this Friday. The party will start at 7.30pm and includes a Scottish haggis dinner, traditional poetry reading, and Ceilidh dancing spurred on by modern rock band Bahookie. The dress code will be shirt & tie/kilt for gents and cocktail dresses for ladies.
Join under the stars to celebrate the life and poetry of Robert Burns, Scotland’s foremost poet.
Of course, no Burns Night would be complete without renditions of his famous work alongside a gala dinner consisting of special Scottish menu prepared by our amazing Chef Steven Smalley.
Live music from a band at the cutting edge of Scottish contemporary ceilidh music. Bahookie are well established as a top band in the scot/rock/ceilidh scene well known for their astonishing live experience!
