Mandarin crosstalk style comes to Dubai.......Popular Chinese traditional crosstalk comedian, Guo Degang will perform at Dubai World Trade Centre on 1st December .
Guo, a leading character in China's traditional crosstalk comedy and a household name in China, enjoys more than 68 million followers on social media site Weibo.
The style involves quickfire banter – akin to Abbott and Costello’s Who’s On First? routine – and Guo is credited with helping revive the genre in China.
Being an actor, film director and MC, Degang knows how to capture the audience's attention and uses a unique cross-talk style in all his shows.
Guo has previously performed in the US, Canada, Germany, New Zealand, Japan and Singapore as well as in his homeland, and in March, he was named the cultural ambassador in China for the National Museum of Australia.
