ERPF has over 40 professionals, who dedicate their time to ensure that we maintain highest standards and product value, apart from keeping up customer satisfaction. We always deliver the cleanest and purest rubber crumb/powder that is free from steel and nylon. We believe in efficient operations, while also being environment conscious, and hence, ensure that nothing goes waste. Recycling plays a major role in our industry. We minimize the threat of tyre waste, paying attention to the smaller details down to green operation of the factory.

Our state-of-the-art machinery, operated by skilled professionals allow us to produce more than 21,000 MT of rubber crub per annum. Located in the heart of Dubai Investments Park, we are strategically placed for easy access to neighbouring highways and roads.

ERPF is also one of the largest supplier of rubber products based in Dubai. We supply rubber crumb, rubber powder, reclaimed rubber, recycled rubber, rubber granules, crumb rubber, tyre granule, and tyre crumb. We manufacture crumb rubber and rubber powder from recycled tyres, free from steel and nylon that are no longer suitable for use on vehicles. We recycle rubber to produce crumb rubber from big vehicles and heavy truck scrap tyres.
