Communities Residential Projects - The Greens, The Springs, The Meadows, The Lakes, Arabian Ranches and Emirates Hills

Developer Emaar has created a string of new residential projects just inland from Dubai Marina. Among the schemes are The Greens, The Springs, The Meadows, The Lakes, Arabian Ranches and Emirates Hills.

Construction work on the new schemes began in 2002 and although many residents have moved in, building work in other parts is still going on. In total 13000 homes have been handed over to their new owners. The new area contains everything from apartments to large villas. There are lakes, leisure areas and other entertainment facilities created within the projects.
