Umm Suquiem Park

This is a small park located next to Jumeirah Beach Hotel. It has a lovely green space to spend time, and could be the right place to visit if you are looking for some peace and quiet time away from the usual hustle-bustle in crowded place. But, the park is unique, as it is a family park and only women and children are allowed during the week. Men are allowed in with their families during the weekends

The park includes a small beach, children play areas, jogging track, and small cafes. Although, it may not be a whole day park, it is good for a few hours getaway in the morning or at noon. It is located on the shore, just before you get to the open beach, leading to Burj Al Arab.

It is one of the youngster-oriented parks in the city, matching European standards, offering a range of games and leisure activities for children. Despite being a tiny park, it offers jogging track / path and cafés (with toilets). With Burj Al Arab at its backdrop, and located just opposite the beach, the park sure has its glamour. However, finding a parking space during weekend may be a little difficult, as the public beach opposite the park's entrance attracts a lot of crowd during weekends.
