Flydubai tickets to be issued by all post offices in UAE

First low-budget airline of Dubai, Flydubai, has signed deal with Emirates Post Office network, to issue tickets to customers through post offices across the UAE.

The agreement stipulates that all post offices in the UAE will act as flydubai selling agents and offer booking facilities and accept payment for online reservations, and help with any amendments to booking.

The ticketing deal was signed between the Chief Executive Officer of Flydubai, Ghaith Al Ghaith, and the Emirates Post CEO, Ibrahim Bin Karam.

The agreement was signed after major preparations were carried out to establish state-of-the-art electronic network linking all post offices with flydubai reservation system. The Emirates Post Training Centre has been closely working with flydubai team to train the counter staff, so as to make them capable of responding to any customer query.

Flydubai will launch commercial flights on 1st June, when it takes off for Beirut. This will be followed by flights to Amman, Damascus and Alexandria, with more destinations to be announced in the near future.

The customers can book their travel with flydubai through its website www.flydubai.com or through its call centre (04 301 0800) or at their nearest Emirates Post outlet.
