Nakheel enters into joint venture to develop Trump International Hotel in Dubai

One of thelargest real estate developers, Nakheel, has entered into a Dh.2.9bn joint-venture contract with Al Habtoor-Murray and Robers, for construction of Trump International Hotel and Tower, on The Palm Jumeirah, Dubai.

The 62 storey structure, with a total built-up area of 250,000 square meter, is set to be the focal point of Palm Jumeirah. It is expected to comprise two towers, which rise above the Palm Monorail and Central Park, shooting towards the sky. The development features 378 hotel rooms and suites, 12 exclusive townhouses, 385 condominiums, and 45000 square feet and 60000 square feet of office space.

Trump International Hotel and Tower in Dubai is the only planned mixed-use development in Dubai to bring in the Trump name of Donald Trump’s international renowned brand cache and legendary implementation, and their quality standards and world class properties to the emirate for the first time.

The Chairman and President of The Trump Organization, Donald J.
