Layia Hospitality, a new company with a dynamic vision to transform the Middle East hospitality industry, has announced the launch of its first property in Tecom, Dubai.
The company will launch a world-class collection of four and five-star hotels, fully furnished apartments, and luxury serviced villas, said Daniel Hajjar, the Founder of Layia Hospitality.
The Layia Hospitality portfolio will comprise three distinct brands: the Layia Hotels, the Living Courts, and a three-star hotel brand, which is yet to be announced. The Layia Hotels will comprise three elements: Layia Hotel Apartments, Layia Hotels and Layia Serviced Villas.
