Dubai to house a new Holiday Inn property
InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) has announced their plans to unveil a new Holiday Inn property in Dubai during early part of this year.
Followed by this announcement, an agreement was signed to build, Holiday Inn Bur Dubai, due to be opened in 2009.
These two properties, namely, Holiday Inn Dubai Al Barsha, and Holiday Inn Bur Dubai, will be the third and fourth Holiday Inn hotels in UAE.
The Holiday Inn Dubai Al Barsha, ideally positioned on Sheikh Zayed Road, near the Mall of Emirates, one of the largest and most popular shopping malls in the city, and is surrounded by commercial hubs such as the Dubai Internet and Media cities, and Jebel Ali Freezone, will cater to both business and leisure travelers.
The hotel comprises 310 spacious rooms, including suites, with WiFi and 95 studios, single and double bedrooms. The in-house conference facilities include state-of-the-art audio and video telecommunications equipment for corporate visitors, and a business center. The leisure travelers, can enjoy a fully-equipped spa, with temperature controlled swimming pool, steam room, sauna, gym and pool deck.
As for dining options, there will be a line of Indian, Thai, and Arabic restaurants with a Sushi Bar, and all-day dining outlet that serves a diverse mix of cuisine, apart from an afternoon coffee at Lobby Lounge, or an evening drink offered at the Sports Bar and night club.
