Dubai-Houston flights introduced

The Dubai Emirates Airline has announced non-stop flights between Dubai and Houston, connecting the two international energy hubs.

The airline will begin with thrice-a-week flights, and then switch over to regular flights from February 08.

The Emirates Chairman, Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al-Maktoum, said that the USA is a top priority region in the expansion plans of Emirates.

Earlier, a daily non-stop service was introduced by the Airline to John F. Kennedy International Airport of New York, from Dubai, during 2004, and a second daily flight in the same route was added during 2005.
