Dubai living cost ranked as less in global survey

In spite of considerable increase in rents, Dubai is far less expensive in comparison to Hong Kong, Tokyo, London, Moscow, Dublin, Paris, New York, Delhi and Mumbai.

Colliers Global Survey ranks Dubai as the 13th among the top 25 Office Occupancy Cost destinations. However, the prime commercial property rents are continuously on the rise in Dubai. The CBD Offices have witnessed 28 to 30 percent increase in rest during the last nine months.
