DSS 2007 expects above 2 million tourists
This years Dubai Summer Surprise shopping festival expect to top last year results. DSS 2007 will start on June 21 and end by August 31.
DSS 2006 experience 25% hike compare to 2005. An expenditure of 2.57 billion was recorded on DSS 2006. This year each event will continue for total 10 weeks, unlike previous years in which each event has a dedicated week. Records of DSS 2006 shows a tremendous increase of visitors from other GCC countries. The number of global visitors reached 530,000.
